Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

Place an Order?   If paying by check, please see Check Order and complete, print and, submit the on-line Order Form and mail along with your check, money order or cashiers check payment to:

If paying by credit card please see Credit Card Order and use the on-line shopping cart system.

Forms of Payment Accepted?  Check, money order, cashiers check or use your major credit card through Paypal.  See Place an Order for more details.

Shipping Method?  USPS in the continental U.S. Orders will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment unless item is backordered.

Backordered Items?  You will be notified via your designated contact information and be advised, if possible, of an estimated date/ time of availability.  You will have the option to wait for the backordered item, cancel, or choose a new item.

Custom Orders?  Many styles can be created in colors and sizes other than those shown.  If you do not see what you are looking for, please ask and depending on availability of materials, a custom piece of jewelry may be created!  Please note there is an additional charge of 10% for custom orders and custom orders are not able to be returned.

Return Policy?  If you are not satisfied with an item, please return it in the same condition received within 30 days of purchase, along with item receipt.  A refund check minus shipping costs will be mailed to you.  Please note, custom orders and earrings are not returnable.
